Today we have finished 3 years since our last exam in WIT.
I had created a ppt last year to rejoice the moments we shared today. This year also I wanted to do the same

But I have changed my mind!

After three years from graduation there are lots of changes. Many people are living completely changed lives.
Many events, from first job to promotion to onsite, also from engagement to marriage have happened.

But unfortunately some have lost touch with some there are many who are not able to actively interact on ITIANS2K3 or other public forum.

I would like to know what everyone is doing now days. What people have achieved in these 3 years. What is there job, where are they living, with whom, what are their contact number and all.
In short I want to rejuvenate the lost touch with everyone.

And I am pretty sure you all want the same.

So how about just replying this mail, or the one I am sending on group, with your current status and anything you would like to share AGAIN with the group? I will compile all the data and send back to everyone

Happy BEIT Day !!!

During last one yr, some things happened in my life :)

I got transferred from Opus to Geometric, this was a major change, change in technology , domain, organization size, location. Altogether a new experience !!

ase suruwatila watale hote, ata yatle kashachehi vishe kautuk nahiye.

But about one thing, yes, I am excited that has happened, I got onsite opportunity, coincidently.

I will be flying to Munich on 28th morning at 115 am, by Swiss air lines ( if flight is not delayed or cancelled )

I was damn sure that Abhijit will be the first one the drop the mail.

Today we have a get-together party in Hinjewadi….everyone in kindly invited…. J

I am working with UGS PLM Company and as far as achievements are concerned I have few to share on profession front…. [Some of you might be aware of them and some are not]

Received “Rookie of the year 2005” from company for a best new joinee.
Received “Teamcenter achievement award 2006” from Company for best performance in 2005-2006.
Last year got a promotion from “Software associate” to “Software Engineer” [waiting for this years result in July]
Cleared SCJP exam with 86%

Similar to Rupali no achievements on personal front…… like neither engagement nor marriage :-).
Rest all is fine on my side…enjoying the life.

I was expecting that mail box will get flooded by replies…come on all please start replying.

Good work Abhijit as usual :))

For me i had couple of happy moments in my personal as well as professional front

Joined as fresher in Cognizant in Nov 2003

Not much excitement in 2004..

But yes i had very rocking n wonderful time in 2005

Got engaged with Pranav in Jan 2005...

Went to onsite (US) for 4 months in Sept 2005.

Got promoted in May 2006 from Programmer Analyst to Associate

And last but not the least getting married to Pranav on 10th June 2006 :))

Thats all from my side..... :))

Hi All,

All of sudden I have realized that I should also sent my info first….

So I was preparing for CAT… but then got job in Kanbay, worked there for an year, then shifted to John Deere…. John Deere is a manufacturing fortune 100 company… Tractors are the key products manufactured here…. You all must be wondering what I am doing there then…. Well….. Will tell you once I come to know……J
But somehow they thought I am doing well and promoted me to Senior Software Engineer last month.

I have done SCJP in Kanbay….

Now a day I am again after MBA
Have written IELTS with score 7.5
And recently done with GMAT with score 710 out of 800 (94 percentile)

At personal front I have been successful in avoiding marriage since two years… and my plan is to do the same for coming year... J

Yeah I know I am a bit late in replying to this mail, but that’s because of the different time zone I now belong to……. J

So as far as professional life is concerned I joined Infosys in Sept 2003, nothing special happened in 2004…. In October 2005, I got an onsite opportunity and since then I am here in US (around 8 months now)……. Still waiting for promotion and haven’t thought of switch yet J…….

On the personal front, no engagement or marriage yet…….. But yes, I am successful in covering all the popular visitor attractions in US J…….. And still the trips continue…….

So I have missed the party in Hinjewadi today hnnn?? L, anyway we’ll have one more party once I come back…….. Arati, please hold on till I come back and then we’ll surely have a rainy season picnic…….. I don’t wanna miss it ;-)

Well, with this overwhelming response to Gomin’s e-mail, its the proven fact that we guys ROCK !!!!!!!! Everybody has achieved great things in life. In only 3 years after graduation, first batch of BE-IT is flying high. Many dudes are coordinating company’s onsite practices with offshore. Some have entered the married life.
So….as far as my achievements are concerned, there is nothing “bhari” I have achieved as of yet. Completed my Master’s. Worked as Software engineer in Smartmax for about 10 months. Now workings as Software Engg. II in ScreenPlay Inc., Seattle.
I am getting married on 10th June. You must have received invitation by now. I will be coming to India on 4th June. I am there till 18th. So we could definitely plan something out.
I am really dying to see you all, to visit college atleast once during my visit, sit on the staircases near classroom with chinya, pk, jiggs chhanchi and all other IT dudes, sing “Dudhani..Dudhani” once, sing “Oh.. witti.. O, witti…Witti..Witti O Witti”, “ many times. Oh..man…there are so many things to do. God.. please roll back your time machine to 2002/2003.

I dont know, was that a coincident or what, just today I met Asmita,Uttam, Aarati K, Sayali, Dhanu. Ruplai missed out just by 2-3 min.s I guess.Ohh, I really cherish my college daz memories... It was fun , joy and alsofew fights.. ;-) .... We should arrange one get together at a common time asper the availability of most of us.. I worked as lecturer for one year after my BE , got admission in MBA atI2IT, Pune and also got married ! I had one foreign tour as well.. ;-) , Ienjoyed my 8-10 daz trip to Kaula Lumpur. Its really fun to go , see ,understand n njoy other country's cilture and heritage. Hmmm, Shri used towork for his client n I used to roam around the city the whole day. It was agreat experience to be there. I can imagine, how u Onsite people r njoyingwork as well as the life there in other country.... :-)). Right now, I am busy with the studies of MBA (IT) course as I ve examsfrom 29th May till 6th Jun. This is my last exam of MBA course. Job huntinghas already started. Let's c what clicks n when ? :-)) .... I will be shiftingto my home at dange Chowk in Pune and will start a married life with Shri. Ya,one more thing, Shri knows most of u people, he will be pleased to meet u allas well.... Last but not least, I would like to congratulate our Innovative Abhijitfor this nice idea to express ourselves....Thanx Abhijit for taking initiativeand also our friends who have replied, and who would reply on group.
